Northbrook Apartments

The 376-unit, fully entitled multifamily project is located in Taylors, South Carolina. NorthBrook Apartments marks the fifth development undertaken by the Sponsors in this area and will feature the same general plans as the previous four projects.

The sponsor benefits from the vertical integration between their development and general contracting companies. This synergy allows them to control construction costs and timeline. The sponsor intends to break ground in May of 2022 and expects a 24-month build. Lease-up is anticipated to begin in month 12, with stabilization in month 32 (January 2025).
